Alessandra Cestaro is Founder & CEO of Holifya, Italy’s digital-first fully integrated obesity care clinic, offering medically supervised GLP-1 treatment programs that combine a multidisciplinary clinical équipe and specialist telehealth consultations, diagnostics and personalized nutrition plans, with operations powered by AI.

Before Holifya, Alessandra spent seven years at McKinsey & Company (Milan, New York), with a focus on healthcare, and previously worked at Google in Dublin and helped launch Hearst Labs’ venture capital arm in New York.

She holds two degrees from Bocconi University and an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School, and was named to the Forbes Under 30 list.
