Lukas Didon is a healthcare executive with a PhD in medicine and over 20 years of experience driving healthcare innovation and transformation across Europe and the US.

He currently leads Global Expansion at Tandem Health, one of Europe's fastest-growing healthtech companies, bringing AI into clinical practice at scale. Following its $100M Series B led by the Scaleup Europe Fund, managed by EQT, Tandem is rapidly expanding across Europe, with its AI Medical Assistant now used by over 10,000 care organisations across 14 markets.

Previously, Lukas served as VP of Commercial & Partnerships at Kry/Livi, one of Europe's leading digital healthcare providers. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deloitte in New York, advising on healthcare strategy, M&A, and major industry transformations, including CVS Health's $70B acquisition of Aetna.

His work focuses on scaling clinical AI from promising technology to enterprise-wide adoption, helping healthcare organisations translate innovation into measurable clinical and operational impact.
