Stefania is Healthcare Innovation Lead at AstraZeneca Italy, where she drives the adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve care pathways across biopharma and oncology, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles at frog design, leading large-scale innovation programs in digital health, medical devices, and health services. She has over 20 years of experience driving Human-centred innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

She has a master degree in Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano."
